Counting working days to a deadline

Deadlines written in business days ignore weekends, so counting them on a calendar by hand is easy to get wrong. This calculator counts only Monday to Friday between two dates, giving the working-day total directly.

It also shows the calendar-day and weekend-day totals, so you can see exactly how much a weekend or two shifts a deadline.

How to use this calculator

  1. Pick a start date.
  2. Pick an end date.
  3. Read the business days, alongside the calendar and weekend totals.
