The current position
Every core calculator on FinDock is free to use. There is no checkout, no subscription, and no billing provider connected to the site. Nothing here charges you, so there is nothing to be refunded.
Any "Plus" or "Business" tiers you see on the pricing page are a roadmap concept shown to illustrate where the product may go. The buttons on those tiers do not process a payment.
What this means for you
You can use FinDock without entering payment details, and you won't be billed. If you ever see a page asking you to pay, treat it with suspicion and check that you're on the official FinDock site.
If paid plans launch in future
Should we introduce paid features, we'll publish clear, fair refund terms before taking any payment. Our intention is to offer a straightforward cooling-off period during which you can request a full refund, and to prorate or cancel ongoing plans sensibly.
Those terms will replace this section, and the date at the top of the page will change. Until then, this remains a free product.
Billing questions
Because no payments are processed today, there are no charges, invoices, or chargebacks to resolve. If you believe you've been charged by something claiming to be FinDock, contact us so we can help you investigate.
